Catalyst 03:08
In a sign of the times, they heard echoes of peace. After so many years it was hard to feel hope. When the rain fell upon them they felt a sense of reprieve. Could they weather the storm anymore, or would this be their beach? In the blink of an eye. It was hard to pretend that they'd accepted defeat. Generations before them had infested the world like a swarm, but they knew in their hearts somewhere deep they kept love. Locked away like a prisoner, seeking hope from above. So many times in the past they had seen the path up ahead blocked by war and despair, but they'd kept on running. Now they had the key to the change that they'd always wanted to hold. Would the children of past mistakes take action, be bold?

Memories 02:55
Take your time. Grab ahold. This moment is getting old. The stories we learned from ancestors of old. The stories we learned, we never learned from. They cut the trees. They burned the coal, harnessed steam, then learned to roll. They sailed the seas. They cut more trees. They cured disease, then hit a lull. Deep inside these memories should reside collective wisdom, but do you ever get the sinking sense that we’d rather just keep throwing it all away? For the comfort of a warm bed. For the comfort of a warm belly. For the comfort of it all. When do we remember desperation?

Birth 02:37
Losing track after so many years. Multiplying ever one of our fears … but we can’t forget, as we strive to survive, we are the children of past mistakes. What good’s remorse if there’s no plan in place? Open your eyes, go face-to-face with the children of past mistakes. Only so many years left before it’s too late. Gain your insight, then move ahead. Survive the birth, then forge past the dead. We’re the children of past mistakes.

Intentions 02:49
In these dark times, we all reach out for something we hope is there. For something we learned at the start of our lives. Hard to break the mold, but still we gotta strive. For every action there’s a reaction. There’s no way out, if we don’t try, if we won’t learn how to rectify the years of pain that we caused ourselves by allowing greed to dictate the terms.
5.
Power 03:26
In their eyes, they’re never wrong. Safe inside their guarded homes (or so they think). Why do they think they can rule the world, treating the future like only tyrants would? All we knew as we learned to crawl was a sense that we’d never fall, then we walked as our parents did. We felt the pain that we never could rid ourselves from. Why’d they forget? Did we forget? They lie, we die. Never learn. Maybe it’s time?
6.
Numbers 03:40
It’s the time of our lives. We’ve got the numbers. Let’s get inside before it’s too late, before they realize that it’s our turn … that our good intentions mean war. What do you think they make of us? Don’t they remember that they created us? They tried to destroy the house that they created with impunity … but our good intentions mean war. To the moon and back again, that’s where their dream ends.

Civilization 04:01
Too many years on this earth evolving, but never really learning. We will always remember our ancestors before us, but we’ve always known we have to be better. So many years on this earth resolving to curb the yearning. This is our time now. So many years on this earth learning from the past mistakes. We won’t lose out this time. We will escape the trappings of our civilization.
8.
Dreams 04:24
So many dreams in so many minds burned a path ahead, fed the fire with our lives. That was the key to the change that we’d collectively made in the name of past mistakes. We kept the dreams alive. Would you believe that we’d survive after so many diseased died?
